One-Year Warranty Policy


At Onewind® Outdoors, we are committed to your satisfaction. If you're not fully happy with your purchase or received a defective item, we accept returns or exchanges provided the item is unused, non-customized, and includes all original packaging, instructions, and tags. Requests must be submitted within 1 year from the original shipping date.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty ensures coverage for defects in materials or workmanship for the original owner. If your product fails during normal use due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. In cases where the specific item is no longer available, we will offer an exchange for a product of equal value.

Exclusions from Warranty

The following are not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use.
  • Issues related to color fading or material wear over time.
  • Dog gear like harnesses, vests, or collars due to potential fur contact.

We encourage customers with unreturnable dog gear in good condition to donate them to NGOs or dog training teams we collaborate with.

Clothing items must be returned unworn and unwashed to qualify for warranty services.

Onewind® Outdoors does not accept liability for incidental or consequential damages unless required by law.

Warranty Process

  • Traceable Order Number Required: A valid order number is mandatory for all warranty claims.
  • Customer Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for shipping charges, taxes, and fees to return items. Onewind® Outdoors covers shipping costs for replacement items in cases of defects.

Return and Refund Process

  • Contact Us: Email us at service@onewindoutdoors.com to initiate your request. We will respond within 2 business days.
  • Refund: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 2 business days of receiving the returned item and invoice.
  • Exchange: Exchanges will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving the returned item and invoice.
