      30 DAY EASY RETURN POLICY

      If for any reason you're not happy with products you ordered through the Onewind Website, you can return or exchange your goods within 30 days of receipt of shipment 

      The product must be in unused or 'like-new' condition - you're welcome to try a product to make sure you like it, but we cannot accept returns that are abused, stained, washed/laundered, or otherwise damaged (unless the damage is the result of a manufacturer's defect, in which case it is covered under our Lifetime Warranty). 

      HOW TO RETURN/EXCHANGE AN ITEM

      If you'd like to return or exchange an item, Please email to: service@onewindoutdoors.com. When we receive the item(s) we'll process a refund for the full amount. 

      If exchanging, we'll let you know the cost of shipping the items you're exchanging for, along with any difference in the price of the item, and collect the necessary payment info from you to ship the new item(s) to you (or refund you if there's a difference in your favor). 

      PLEASE NOTE: If the items we receive from you are damaged, or not in the condition required by our Return Policy, we will not be able to issue you a refund as described above. We don't like that situation any more than you do, so please only send back items that are in like-new and re-sellable condition. If you have any questions about whether your return will be accepted before you send it, don't hesitate to reach out. 

      WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE MY RECEIPT? 

      If you purchased through our website and can't find your receipt just let us know, and we can help you look up your order in our system.
