Free returns
You can return merchandise from your original order 30 days after the purchase date for FREE.
If for any reason you're not happy with products you ordered through the Onewind Website, you can return or exchange your goods within 30 days of receipt of shipment
The product must be in unused or 'like-new' condition - you're welcome to try a product to make sure you like it, but we cannot accept returns that are abused, stained, washed/laundered, or otherwise damaged (unless the damage is the result of a manufacturer's defect, in which case it is covered under our Lifetime Warranty).
We will process your refund within 3-5 days from the arrival of your return at our warehouse.
When will my order ship?
We ship everything from within 1-2 business days (except weekends, holidays and when the surf is good).

Expedite shipping for products price above 60$ (3-7 working days)
Do you ship internationally?
We sure do. Please note that international orders take significantly longer for delivery and may be subject to import/value-added taxes that are beyond our control.
