      A: Yes, our adventures have taken us around the world and we want our goods to do the same!

      Q: How about import duties?
      A: Please take note, there may be duties and taxes that your government imposes that are your responsibility. These fees are not from our shipping partners or Onewind, but from the country that we are sending the items to. If applicable, each country has its own procedures for calculating and collecting these duties and taxes. You can go to your local governments' website to learn more about any import fees your order may be subject to.

      Q: When do orders ship?
      A: Usually your order will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.

      Q: What is your return policy?
      A: Onewind stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re happy with your gear, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items online 30 days after purchase.

      Q: How does your warranty work?
      A: We stand behind the quality of our goods, but know some of your journey hard so we’ve got you covered. Our lifetime guarantee ensures that you get the most out of your gear in the event that a manufacturing defect keeps you from getting out there and living. If you’ve got a problem, follow our warranty claims process and we’ll get you back on the road.

      Q: How big are your hammocks?
      A: Onewind has different sizes of double hammock and single hammock. Please view our website and choose the size that suit you.
      Please make sure to check the spec page of the hammock you're interested in as each hammock is different.

      Q: How about missing items or damaged orders?
      A: It is your responsibility to inspect your order for both missing and damaged items in a timely manner. Any missing or damaged item must be reported to Onewind within 7 calendar days of delivery to file a claim. Items will be repaired or replaced. We will not be able to honor any claims for missing or damaged items if not reported within the 7 calendar day period allowed.
