Question: Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, our adventures have taken us around the world and we want our goods to do the same!

Question: How about import duties?

Please take note, that there may be duties and taxes that your government imposes that are your responsibility.
These fees are not from our shipping partners or Onewind, but from the country that we are sending the items.
If applicable, each country has its own procedures for calculating and collecting these duties and taxes. You can go to your local governments' website to learn more about any import fees your order may be subject to.

Question: How about missing items or damaged orders?

It is your responsibility to inspect your order for both missing and damaged items in a timely manner. Any missing or damaged item must be reported to Onewind within 7 calendar days of delivery to file a claim. Items will be repaired or replaced. We will not be able to honor any claims for missing or damaged items if not reported within the 7 calendar day period allowed.
