Returns

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.

  • Please contact service@onewindoutdoors.com, indicating the order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. 
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  • We'll issue the refund within 2 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Onewind products.

返品・交換の費用

The customer is responsible for shipping charges from your location to our warehouse. If you receive a faulty item, Onewind will pay for a re-shipment to the customer. Please note that the customer pays for both initial order shipments and out-of-warranty replacement shipments.

Shipping

Yes! Onewind Outdoor provides free shipping for orders over $89 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping and ship your orders from the warehouse closest to your location. Currently, we operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe to ensure faster delivery. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from another location at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Warranty

30-Day Free Returns:

We are pleased to offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at service@onewindoutdoors.com or use the contact form below. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and completed within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • For international orders, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once shipped.

1-Year Warranty:

We proudly offer a 1-year satisfaction warranty on all products. If you encounter any issues within one year of purchase, our team is here to help.

  • To qualify for a return or replacement under warranty, products must be clean, unwashed, and in their original packaging. For assistance, reach out to us at service@onewindoutdoors.com or use the form below.
  • Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring you love your purchase!
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at service@onewindoutdoors.com, providing your order number.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit. If the original payment method is unavailable, a store credit will be issued instead.
  • Please expect your bank to process the refund within 7-21 business days after we have received the returned items.

We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Returned products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged to qualify.

For returns within the United States, a fee of $9.99 is deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.

We strive to ensure our customers always receive the best deal. We offer price adjustments for orders placed up to 14 days before an active promotion begins, subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Note that promotions cannot be combined.

At Onewind, our warranty extends for 1 year from your purchase date, covering all manufacturing defects. If any issues arise, we provide a no-cost, one-time repair or replacement of your original purchase, including all its components. This service also includes free retrieval of the defective item and delivery of the replacement without any fees or deductibles.

  • Any inherent flaws in the product due to manufacturing errors, assuming normal use and proper care.

NOT Included in Coverage:

  • Preferences related to comfort, style, or size.
  • Damage caused by stains, burns, tears, cuts, or exposure to liquids/moisture due to customer actions or environmental factors (including damage caused by pets).
  • Harm from improper laundering practices, such as shrinkage or damage caused by washing or drying incorrectly.
  • The natural reduction in filling plushness or material softness with prolonged use.
  • Ordinary wear and tear from daily use, cleaning, or laundering.
