  • Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

The delivery address can be different from the billing address.At the check-out page, in the second step with "Your Details", please untick the box dedicated "Delivery Address same as Billing Address". After unticking the box, the billing address section will appear.

- Shipping to military address, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs or outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands): there is no tracking number or tracking link to check your delivery.

- Shipping to post office boxes, APOs/ DPOs/ FPOs and outside the 50 states (i.e. Virgin Islands) is only available with ground shipping. The shipping cost for returning items from these addresses is not free.
  • All import duties, taxes, and fees are fully covered by Onewind® Outdoors—you’ll never pay extra at delivery.
  • We handle customs clearance on your behalf.
  • No additional charges, no surprises.
  • If a package is returned or abandoned due to unpaid fees, we’ll work to resolve it—but you won’t incur any customs costs.
