Ne pare rău dacă nu ești 100% mulțumit de produsele primite și acceptăm cu plăcere returnările în termen de 30 de zile de la primire pentru majoritatea produselor în stare nouă.

  • Te rugăm să contactezi service@onewindoutdoors.com, indicând numărul comenzii, produsul(e) pe care dorești să le returnezi și motivul.
  • După ce ați primit instrucțiunile de returnare de la noi, vă rugăm să împachetați articolul/articolele care urmează a fi returnate cu ambalajul original.
  • Vom emite rambursarea în termen de 2 zile lucrătoare după ce primim pachetul dumneavoastră. Odată ce rambursarea a fost emisă, veți primi un e-mail de confirmare.
Condiții de returnare

  • Cadourile gratuite nu pot fi returnate.
  • Nu acceptăm articole returnate care au fost trimise înapoi fără cereri corespunzătoare de returnare.

Costul returului și schimbului

Clientul este responsabil pentru costurile de expediere de la locația dumneavoastră la depozitul nostru. Dacă primiți un articol defect, Onewind va plăti pentru o nouă expediere către client. Yes! Onewind Outdoor provides free shipping for orders over $89 for most shipping destinations. You can find the shipping policy applicable to your order on the checkout page.

We use FedEx, UPS, and USPS for domestic orders, and DHL and Canada Post for international orders. Detailed shipping options are available at checkout.

We offer global shipping and ship your orders from the warehouse closest to your location. Currently, we operate warehouses in China, the United States, and Europe to ensure faster delivery. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, your order will be shipped from another location at no additional cost to you. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Return & Warranty

30-Day Free Returns:

We are pleased to offer free returns for items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • For international orders, we do not cover return shipping costs. Please use your preferred carrier to return the items and provide the tracking number once shipped.

We no longer facilitate direct exchanges. For an exchange, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.

Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” are not eligible for returns. Returned products must be unwashed, unused, and undamaged to qualify.

For returns within the United States, a fee of $9.99 is deducted from your refund. For international returns, customers are responsible for the shipping costs.
