Works great, is light, quality is very good, barely any loose threads etc.
I bought the olive green underquilt without the extra blanket. I used this a couple weeks back when it got down to 40 at night. With my hammock gear 20 deg top quilt i stayed warm all night. No cold butt syndrome at all. My only complaint is the attached d rings along the sides of the quilt. They are made of a weak plastic and half of them broke when trying to snap them into the hooks of my OneWind Zippered hammock. Simce they are the same brand I figured there would be no problems. This underquilt without the stuff sack will easily stuff down inside your backpack and not take up too much room....I had my top quilt, this underquilt, my hammock, hammock 12x12 tarp with stakes, extra clothes, headlight, first aide kit all in my 35L backpack and still had room.
Just fix the d rings and make them harder plastic or a lightweight metal that won't break.
Excellent product
I have been sleeping outside some nights in my hammock ( Hennessy asym-zip) and this under-quilt really made the nights so much more comfortable. Easy to attach and adjust, and it fits nice even tho my hammock is bigger.
Made my outdoor winter sleeping so much warmer! Strongly recommend.
Have not used it yet but I've given it a good going over. It seems very well made. Good quality of materials and stitching looks solid has some extras like snaps. The compression sack is a bit tight and might not last too long but I'm pleased with the buy. I would recommend this product
