Returns

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition.
  • Please contact service@onewindoutdoors.com, indicating the order number, the item(s) you would like to return, and the reason. 
  • After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
  • We'll issue the refund within 2 business days after we receive your package. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

Return Conditions

  • You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
  • Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Free gifts cannot be returned.
  • We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.
  • We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
  • Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-Onewind products.

Please contact service@onewindoutdoors.com if you wish to return any items. You will receive a response as soon as possible.
Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

Return & Exchange Cost

The customer is responsible for shipping charges from your location to our warehouse. If you receive a faulty item, Onewind will pay for a re-shipment to the customer. Please note that the customer pays for both initial order shipments and out-of-warranty replacement shipments.

PLEASE NOTE: If the items we receive from you are damaged, or not in the condition required by our Return Policy, we will not be able to issue you a refund as described above. We don't like that situation any more than you do, so please only send back items that are in like-new and re-sellable condition. Spacious enough for two people, the Onewind Double Hammock gives you complete comfort when out in the wild. It's made from 2.1 oz nylon hexagon ripstop fabric that is soft and comfortable and comes with its own suspension system that can can safely hold up to 500 pounds.

XL Wide Panel Hammock


  •  Single panel design eliminates the splices in the conventional three-panel hammocks of similar size.
  • A stitch-free hammock removes the scratchy and stiff “seam ridges” that keep you tossing and turning at night.

Light Suspension, Easy Setup Whoopie Sling

  • The suspension is comprised of a pair of 10ft single-layer tree straps with 2 adjustable buckles.
  • It's lighter than typical tree straps (Many loops) & carabiners by 200g.
  • The buckles are fastened to the hammock with continuous loops which have a breaking strength of 1500LBS(5g/m) for one rope.

There is an adjustable ridgeline that runs between two buckles.
Adjust the length of the ridgeline to control the hammock sag to suit your comfort.

    Detachable Bottom Entry Bugnet
    Enter through the opening at the bottom of the bug net. When you cinch the shock cord, the bug net will match the count out of the hammock and seal close. Avoid mosquito bites through hammock bed fabric. Never worry about fabric getting stuck in the zipper as the zipper is hard and durable. 

    Ridgeline Organizer
    Lightweight organizer that can slide along the ridgeline to whichever position suits you.
